Do I need to know LEAN terminology?
No. Each question and measurement is explained in plain English.
How does the LEAN Lite introductory price work?
LEAN Lite costs £1 for the first 30 days. It then renews at £9.99 per month until cancelled. Stripe shows the exact amount and any applicable tax before payment.
Is a payment card required for the Plus trial?
No. LEAN Lite Plus can be tested for 14 days without a card. The Plus trial ends automatically.
Does a paid subscription renew?
Once you approve a monthly paid subscription, it renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time without a penalty; access remains until the end of the paid period.
How long is measurement history retained?
In an active account, history is retained throughout the subscription, allowing comparisons across 12 months and longer. After account closure, data is normally retained for up to 90 days unless law requires longer.
Are savings guaranteed?
No. The tool helps identify and measure improvement opportunities. Results depend on the accuracy of the data and the actions actually implemented.
