Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. Provider

LEAN Lite Plus is provided by SIA “EDINGOLD Baltic”, registration No. 40203421744, VAT No. LV40203421744, Tīnūžu šoseja 17, Ikšķile, Ogres Municipality, LV-5052, Latvia. The service is intended for businesses and self-employed professionals.

2. Service

LEAN Lite Plus is a self-assessment and work-organisation support tool. It does not replace an on-site audit or occupational safety, quality, legal or financial advice. Results depend on the accuracy of user-entered data and actions implemented.

3. Account and security

Users are responsible for their sign-in credentials and activity. Users must not access another customer’s data, disrupt the service, copy the software or resell access without written permission.

4. Trial, pricing and subscription

LEAN Lite costs £1 for the first 30 days. It then renews at £9.99 per month until cancelled. The subscription begins only when the customer confirms the price, billing period, applicable taxes and payment on the secure Stripe checkout page. LEAN Lite Plus has a separate 14-day trial without a payment card; that trial ends automatically and does not become paid. Factory LEAN Pulse Pro includes a free demonstration.

LEAN Lite prices are shown in GBP; other plans may be shown in EUR. Applicable tax is determined from the customer and place-of-supply information and is displayed before payment. The checkout information prevails if a price or tax treatment has changed.

5. Support

LEAN Lite Plus includes up to three written email questions per paid month about using the tool and entering data. The target response time is two business days. Unused questions do not roll over. Audits, consultancy, data entry, document preparation and custom software are quoted separately.

6. Liability

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee a particular saving, production increase or financial result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or business decisions based solely on tool output. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

7. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without removing mandatory customer rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Complaints should be sent to info@ibfoodtech.com. We aim to answer a consumer’s written complaint within 15 business days. If the issue is not resolved, the consumer may contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre or another competent dispute-resolution body.
