1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• account identifier and email address, when an account is used;
• factory name, production type and notes;
• LEAN assessment answers, scores, waiting measurements and history;
• production-line, output, defect, waste and cost measurements;
• team-level headcount, staff-turnover and estimated capacity-impact figures; employee names are not required;
• action plans, owners, deadlines and statuses;
• an optional 1–5 star trial-end rating and free-text answers about what worked, what did not and what should improve; this survey does not ask for your name or email;
• technical security data such as request time and IP address;
• contact details and message content when you submit a question, suggestion or complaint;
• UTM and advertising campaign, ad set, ad and placement identifiers attached to a successful trial application;
• with advertising-cookie consent, Meta click and browser identifiers and a hashed email address used to match the StartTrial event.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to provide the service, keep progress, perform the subscription agreement, protect the service and answer requests. Campaign parameters are used to understand which marketing source led to a successful application. Meta Pixel and Conversions API measurement is used only with your advertising-cookie consent. The legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in service security and, where required, your consent.

4. Storage and recipients

Where account features are used, account, checkout reference and LEAN records are stored in a secured database. Hosting, authentication, email and Stripe may process only the data necessary to deliver the service and verify payment. With advertising-cookie consent, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives StartTrial, InitiateCheckout or Purchase events and matching data for advertising measurement. Account and trial-application data is kept during the subscription and normally for up to 90 days after closure or trial end, except where accounting or legal duties require longer retention.

Anonymous trial-end feedback is used for product-quality analysis and kept for no longer than two years. Suggestion and complaint correspondence is kept until the matter is resolved and generally no longer than two years after closure, unless a dispute or law requires longer.

5. Local browser data

The English tool may store an unfinished draft and measurement history in the browser on your device. This data is not automatically sent to IB FoodTech. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data and can export a portable copy to Excel.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object where applicable. You may withdraw advertising-cookie consent at any time through “Cookie settings”; this does not affect processing performed before withdrawal. Email info@ibfoodtech.com. You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate or the competent supervisory authority in your country.
