Cancellation & refunds

1. Introductory period and cancellation

LEAN Lite costs £1 for the first 30 days and then renews at £9.99 per month until cancelled. LEAN Lite Plus has a separate 14-day free trial that ends automatically. A paid plan starts only after the customer’s secure checkout approval.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the payment-provider customer portal or by emailing info@ibfoodtech.com. There is no cancellation penalty. Unless checkout terms state otherwise, access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

2. Refunds

If a payment was made in error, duplicated or the paid service was materially unavailable, contact us within 14 days with the account email and payment date. We review each request individually and, where a refund is due, return it to the original payment method.

3. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the customer is a consumer, mandatory consent requirements for immediate delivery of a digital service and any applicable withdrawal rights are respected.
