Cookies & device data

1. Strictly necessary data
Technically necessary cookies may be used for a secure sign-in session. Without them, account security and protection against unauthorised access may not work. They are not used for advertising profiling.
2. Local draft
The tool can store an unfinished assessment, measurement history, actions and interface choices in your browser’s local storage. These records remain on that device until you clear the site’s data. They are not advertising cookies.
3. Account storage
When you explicitly use account storage, assessment history and action plans may be sent to the LEAN Lite database. This is customer-requested cloud storage rather than a marketing cookie.
4. Advertising measurement
Meta Pixel is loaded only after you select “Allow advertising cookies”. It may record page views and a successful StartTrial, InitiateCheckout or Purchase event. Meta may set identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. We send the same conversion through Meta’s Conversions API with a shared event ID so browser and server signals can be deduplicated.
If you reject advertising cookies, the tool and checkout still work and no event or matching data is sent to Meta. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings”. Withdrawing consent stops future advertising measurement and removes the Meta cookies that this site can access.
5. Campaign parameters
When a trial link contains UTM parameters or Meta campaign, ad set, ad or placement identifiers, we store those identifiers with a successful trial application to understand which campaign led to it. A Meta click identifier is stored and sent to Meta only when advertising cookies have been allowed.
